Can you support sites outside the UK?
Yes. Remote support can be provided worldwide where secure, approved remote access is available.
Can you provide one central system for multiple buildings?
Yes. For customers with multi-building occupancy, The BEMS Guy can help provide one secure central monitoring and reporting system across buildings, working alongside the customer’s IT team so access, updates and security requirements are managed correctly throughout the contract period.
Can you attend site anywhere in the world?
Remote response can be worldwide. Physical attendance depends on location, access arrangements and local contractor availability.
Is the monthly report automated?
No. The report is engineer-led. A person reviews the site’s alarms, history, trends, sensors, plant and energy data before writing findings and suggested improvements.
Can this work with Niagara?
Yes. It is ideal for Niagara / Tridium systems, and can also support other BMS platforms where access and data are available.
Can you monitor energy usage?
Yes. Where meter data, runtime data or plant trend data is available, energy monitoring can identify abnormal usage and wasted operation.
Can you provide LoRaWAN wireless sensors?
Yes. LoRaWAN sensors can be added where extra health, comfort, occupancy, air-quality or energy readings are needed without the disruption and cost of running new hardwired sensor cabling.
What is the yearly report?
After 12 months of monitoring, the monthly reports and sensor data can be combined into a year-end improvement report showing repeated issues, seasonal patterns and which areas should be improved first.
Can you support pharma, medical, museums and music buildings?
Yes. The critical-environment package is designed for areas needing agreed temperature, humidity, pressure, air-quality or comfort limits.
Can you help live broadcast spaces?
Yes. Broadcast comfort support can include pre-event checks, live monitoring windows and post-event recommendations.
Can customers save by taking more than one package?
Yes. Combined packages can be priced better than buying separate services, especially when support, LoRaWAN sensors, energy monitoring, critical environments and monthly/yearly reports are bundled.
