Fastest response, used for plant failure, critical environment breach, data room over-temperature or urgent operational risk.

High priority

Used for repeated alarms, wider comfort impact, high energy abnormality or important equipment needing action soon.

Standard issue

Used for routine checks, monthly-report findings, minor comfort issues and improvement recommendations.
