Flexible configurations

Not every customer needs the same setup. These options let the support package match the building, budget and risk level.

Remote only

Best for smaller customers who need remote checks, advice, alarm review, trend review and monthly reporting.

Remote + site team

Best where the customer has maintenance staff. Remote diagnosis is provided with clear instructions for site checks and resets.

Remote + local contractor

Best for worldwide customers. The remote engineer diagnoses the issue, then guides or briefs a local contractor.

Full 24/7 monitoring

Best for important sites. Alarm response, escalation and monthly risk reporting are configured around critical plant and areas.

Event-based monitoring

Best for broadcast, music, theatre and live media spaces needing pre-event checks and live support windows.

LoRaWAN sensor layer

Best when extra health, comfort or energy data is needed without heavy wiring. Can be temporary for surveys or permanent for reporting.

Multi-site estate support

Best for customers with several sites. Use consistent alarm standards, reporting, naming and monthly estate-level findings.
