BMS training & mentoring

Hands-on training for working engineers, apprentices and anyone who wants to learn how to wire, code and understand BMS.

BMS Foundations: wiring & I/O

For people new to BMS – sensors, valves, panels and how everything connects back to the controller.

Beginner On-site / remote

Tridium / Niagara fast-start

For engineers moving onto Tridium. Station layout, logic blocks, graphics and good habits.

Intermediate Remote

BMS logic & graphics lab

Project-style training where we build strategies and pages together from scratch.

Intermediate–Advanced Project-based

For companies

  • Upskill your in-house team on the platforms you actually use.
  • Sessions built around your live projects, panels and graphics.
  • Mix of theory, live demos and “fix what we already have”.
  • Day-rates or project-based pricing depending on scope.

For individual engineers

  • 1:1 or small-group sessions tailored to your level.
  • Help moving from “I can follow code” to “I can write it”.
  • Bring your own jobs, screenshots and questions.
  • Flexible scheduling around site work and call-outs.

Example training paths

  • New to BMS: Electrician → junior BMS engineer (wiring, I/O, basics of logic and graphics).
  • Moving to Tridium: Trend / Siemens engineer → confident Niagara user.
  • Project support: Build strategies and graphics for a live job together, with notes you can reuse.

Availability & schedule

I normally run training Monday–Friday, with limited evening slots for individuals who are on site during the day. On-site days are best booked a few weeks ahead, especially during busy project periods.

Tell me roughly when you’d like to start and how many people you have, and I’ll suggest a plan.

Check dates & availability

Not sure which track fits? Tell me where you're at and I'll recommend a plan.
